The objective of this site, defense-wallonia.be, is to facilitate the search for information on Walloon, Belgian, and European support and financing instruments in support of the development of industry and innovation serving Belgian and European security and defense. This site is managed by Wallonie Entreprendre as the coordinator of the Walloon Defense Task Force established by the Walloon Government. The information appearing on the site is, unless explicitly stated otherwise, of a general nature and subject to change. Quality of Information and Service, Limitation of Liability

WE takes the greatest care in creating its site. However, it does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided therein. The user is also aware that this information is subject to change without prior notice. Consequently, WE declines all responsibility for the content of its site or the use that may be made of it.

Hypertext links on the portal site directing users to other websites do not engage the responsibility of WE regarding the content of these sites. The risks associated with the use of these sites are entirely the responsibility of the user. The user shall comply with their terms of use.

Furthermore, WE cannot be held responsible for errors in website addresses or domain names appearing on its site.

However, the use of any techniques aimed at including all or part of the portal site in a website by masking, even partially, the exact origin of the information or which could lead to confusion regarding the origin of the information, such as framing or in-lining, requires written authorization from WE.
